Description

Fruit Salad - Colombia. mixed fruit, candy sweet, complex. Is this the most spectacular coffee you'll taste in your life. Quite possibly, this particular lot is truly something special. A coffee that tastes like fruit juice and will please pretty much any coffee drinker. A relatively new and unique varietal called Ombligon, named after the little dimple in the bottom of the coffee cherry that looks like a belly button (Ombligo in Spanish). The cherry is resistant to broca (berry borer) and leaf rust and produces a superbly sweet yet floral and complex coffee akin to the great Ethiopian Gesha's.. Flavor profile: Berry, Floral.
