Decaf Sugar Cane - Colombia. biscuits, nuts, milk chocolate. We are really excited about our Colombia decaf. On cupping it was juicy, bold and full bodied. Like our last few decafs it is a sugercane decaf where the chemicals that are used to pull out the caffine are derived from sugercane, a process done in Colombia allowing the country to better hold onto the value of their coffee. El Yalcón coffee is a unique specialty coffee from Colombia, specifically cultivated by small-scale growers in La Plata. The name Yalcón is derived from the indigenous people that historically inhabited the area before the Spanish conquest.. Flavor profile: Chocolate.
