We're getting something reminescent of black forest gateaux. Excellent with or without milk! Process Natural Varietal Icatu & Mundo Novo Altitude 1300 m.a.s.l. Cherry - Praline - Caramel São Lourenço is a distinguished coffee farm located in Cerrado Mineiro – Varjão de Minas. São Lourenço is part of The Guima Estate Coffee, which is formed by 3 different farms within the same micro climate but each one carrying different terroirs. The name "GUIMA" is derived from the surname of the GUIMARAES family.. Flavor profile: Caramel.
