SKIN THE GOAT. WHOS YER MAN? Skin the Goat was a member of 'The Invincibles', this famous Dublin character drove the cab in the Phoenix Park Murders in 1882. On hearing 'that the skin of his goat would fetch a tidy sum when the animal died', he did so in a time of need! James Joyce discusses him in Eumaeus in Ulysses. (James Fitzharris 1843 - 1910) WHA? A three origin blend medium roast using 100% Arabica beans ethically sourced from South America and Ethiopia. Each origin is roasted individually and blended after, allowing us to fully develop their flavour.. Flavor profile: Roasted.
