This speciality coffee is sourced from cooperatives and small holder associations located across Colombia’s most famous coffee growing region. Every bag of Bochica purchased supports sustainability projects in local communities. These small holder farmers typically use the traditional fully washed method of processing. Cherry is selectively handpicked and then pulped, usually on the farm.. Flavor profile: Caramel.
