Brazil, Rio Brilhante. macadamia, milk chocolate, blackberry. Meet Aramosa—the low-caffeine overachiever. Grown at 1000–1150 meters on the Rio Brilhante farm in Minas Gerais, this coffee comes from the Urban family, a multi-generation operation that knows what it’s doing. They farm big (1,755 hectares), but smart—dedicating huge portions of land to preservation and supporting the local economy with both full-time and seasonal jobs. Aramosa is a rare cross of Arabica and Racemosa, bred for serious drought resistance and naturally low caffeine (just 0.7–0.8%). Chill coffee, high standards.. Flavor profile: Berry, Chocolate.
