Standout Signature Espresso is built around a fixed flavour blueprint. The farm may change. The producer may change. The harvest may change. The experience in the cup stays within the same structure. Every lot we select must perform under pressure. We cup it as filter. We roast it with espresso as the main focus. We dial it in repeatedly before release.
