Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 Double Picked This Sumatra Mandheling coffee is a classic example of high-quality Indonesian coffee, known for its low acidity, heavy body and distinctive earthy character. Grown in the Mandailing region of North Sumatra, this Grade 1 lot has been double picked, meaning the beans are hand-sorted twice to improve uniformity and reduce defects. This results in a cleaner, more consistent cup when compared with standard Sumatra coffee offerings.
