We have a typical Arabica from Brazil - Soft and smooth. It is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry. Since the coffee is dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, the cup profile is heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Caramel, Nutty.
