While most famous for its tea, Alishan has steadily gained attention for its unique and high-quality coffee, particularly its fantastic Geisha production. The region’s high altitude and micro-climate are ideal for growing Geisha coffee, which contribute to the bean’s tea-like qualities and quintessential floral and fruity notes, sometimes compared to Assam or Jasmine tea..
