THAILAND, Chiang Rai - Anaerobic honey. complex, blackcurrant, grapes. This amazing coffee offers a sweet cup of almond with a note of vanilla. Round, complex, yet balanced with notes of cane sugar, blackcurrant and grapes. The sweetness is in part thanks to the unique anaerobic honey processing of the coffee. Oil and Goh Chaosuwanwiali who run the Sirinya farm are committed to working with their local communities and they pursue excellence in all aspects of coffee production.. Flavor profile: Vanilla, Honey, Nutty.
