Origins: Uganda 35%, Brazil 30% & Mexico 35% Varietal: S14, Yellow Bourbon & Canephora Altitude: 1,000-2000 MASL Process: Natural & Washed process Name after our new premise the Haig Mine, Whitehaven. we have been doing this blend for a while for white label (private label) & people who like dark roast with flavor not like the burnt over roasted from main stream big coffee companies.
