Udderly Sublime Espresso Blend Roasted Coffee. A very different espresso that is entwined with our buildings cattle market history- a blend of Brazillian and Colombian Arabicas and a hint of Vietnam Robusta roasted dark to Second crack to give a punchy espresso that will cut through milk drinks. In the cup look for a lemony character, hints of butter caramel and sweet orange. This dark roasted blend is taken just into second crack, it's dark but not oily and retains the full flavours of it's constituent origins.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Caramel, Roasted, Winey.
