Description
Uganda Bugisu AA Medium Roast. Uganda Bugisu AA: Speciality Single Origin Coffee Our Uganda Bugisu AA is a high-altitude single origin coffee grown on the slopes of Mount Elgon, a volcanic region on the border of Uganda and Kenya. This "AA" grade lot represents the highest quality tier of Ugandan coffee, defined by its large screen size and flavour consistency. Grown at elevations up to 2,600 metres, the cool climate and mineral-rich volcanic soil allow the cherries to mature slowly, developing the dense bean structure required for a complex speciality profile.
