Farm: 200 smallholder farmers in Mount Elgon, Mbale Varietals: SL14, SL28, Nyasaland Preferred Brew Type: Filter Altitude: 1700-2200MASL Process: Natural 100% Arabica LIGHT ROAST Light body with medium acidity, and an exceptional sweetness. Strong notes of strawberry jam. We have a dark, medium and medium dark offering - this is our light roast offering. You're not supposed to have a favourite child .. but if push came to shove, this would be ours. After roasting, the office is filled with the heady aroma of "strawberry jam on toast".
