Description
Uganda - Muki. mango, tamarind on a base of almond, nougat. Norman Mukuru has been in coffee his whole life. The ‘Coffee Yard’ brings together all of his knowledge and understanding - with a reputation for high quality naturals it’s a place where amazing coffees are carefully curated and processed. Norman’s working with our longtime partners in Uganda, The Coffee Gardens. We have always sourced washed coffees from this region but when we heard about this project - and tasted the samples - we were excited to bring some back here to the roastery.. Flavor profile: Tropical Fruit, Nutty.
