Wholesale Cascara. apple, ripe cherry. Tea… That is made from coffee. Cascara is the husk of the coffee fruit and is traditionally brewed similarly to loose leaf tea. The resulting: a fruity cup that is comparable to herbal tea. Having tasted this brew, we were convinced that we could more with it. After much experimentation and testing, we came up with what is now one of Soma’s specialities and is hailed as one of the most refreshing cold coffee drinks available in Cork City on a hot summers day. We are indeed talking about the Cascara Tonic.
