Guatemala - Huehuetenango Founded in 1958 by Oswaldo Perez, then inherited in 1982 to 8 sons, including Oswaldo Perez Jr who was the one who really loved farming and coffee production and who still manages the farm currently alongside his son Max Perez. In 1990, Oswaldo Perez bought the rest of the land from the original farm off his brothers, becoming the full owner of Flor del Cafe. Oswaldo studied and qualified as an agronomist, he has built up a large amount of knowledge and experience in the processing of coffee.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Caramel.
