Colombia Yuppie - by Sail. Yuppie represents the coffee of a new generation of indigenous growers. Instead of leaving for studies or jobs in the big cities, these young farmers have chosen to work together through the ASOCANAFI association, bringing renewed hope to the future of Colombian coffee. Collectively, they cultivate several plantations and process their harvests at a shared washing station provided by the association. Their work is guided every day by three principles: sustainability, environmental stewardship, and uncompromising quality.
