8AM Blues - Organic. Full body, chocolate with notes of stone fruit, blueberries and a hint of jasmine and lime. Origin: Guatemala, Peru, Ethiopia and Rwanda Process: Blend of washed and natural. Elelvations: 1800-2100 metres above sea level. Varietals: Various. Best as: Filter. This season, we sought to combine dark chocolate and stone fruit flavours of Peruvian and Guatemalan coffee from Amazonas and Huehuetenango with the clean and juicy notes of the African coffee from Ethiopia and Rwanda.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Floral, Chocolate.
