Process: Natural Cupping Notes : Chocolate, Raisin & Nutty Brittle Nestled in the Campo das Vertentes region of Brazil, Fazenda Jaguara is a family-run coffee farm with roots in coffee production dating back to 1950. Since taking over the farm in 2013, André Garcia and Natalia Brito have combined generations of coffee-growing tradition with innovative, sustainable farming practices. Covering 90 hectares, the farm is committed to agroforestry, biodiversity conservation, and environmental responsibility, earning a CO₂ Negative Certificate in 2021.
