Description

Brazil Passeio Experimental (Pulped Natural). This micro-lot is produced on a much smaller scale – 100% Paraiso arabica from Adolfo’s experimental plot, with only the ripest cherries selected, pulped and the beans gently sun-dried in their sticky, sugary mucilage on raised beds. Paraiso has been chosen for its tasty cup profile, high yield, compact size and disease resistance.
