Cameroon Coffee. Cameroon coffee is a unique coffee grown in the West African country of Cameroon. It is known for its bright acidity and fruity, floral flavour profile. When brewed, Cameroon coffee has a medium body with a high acidity similar to citrus fruits such as lemon or grapefruit. It has a sweet, flowery flavour with notes of apricot, black currant, and a hint of spice, such as clove or cinnamon. Cameroon coffee has a bright, fruity scent with floral notes that are reminiscent of jasmine or honeysuckle. There are also hints of tropical fruits such as mango or papaya..
