Description

Colombia El Placer Wush Wush (Extended Natural). A complex, sweet and savoury coffee with long fermentation, the Wush Wush arabica cherries undergo an extended, anaerobic fermentation of 280 hours at 18°C, with carbon dioxide injection and recirculation of the microbe saturated “must”. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
