Description

This coffee has a lovely almond and pear character which is very smooth and creamy. There is a good, bold body with a very soft acidity and rich finish. It's a really smooth, easy drinker that lends itself excellently to Espresso coffee. This FNC led (Colombia Coffee Growers Federation) Colombia Santa Marta Women's Cooperative is a small cooperative run by around 22 women in the Santander department of Colombia, near to the town of Aratoca. The department of Santander extends over Colombia's eastern Andes range, close to the border with Venezuela.
