Description

Sierra Nevada - Colombia Coffee. "Snowy Mountain" is Team Bean’s single origin offering from Colombia. It is a traceable blend from an association of 50 producers with small farms that are all tucked into the eastern corner of Tolima. Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest cherries, pulp, ferment, wash and gently dry the parchment on raised beds. The farmers belong to a multi-activity trading Cooperative called FABICOOP which was established in 2013. FABICOOP's main objective is to market and sell its sustainable products with added value in local and international markets.
