Description

Colombia Villa Betulia Ombligon (Washed). Cherries are hand-picked and sorted for defects before a 30-hour underwater fermentation. After pulping the parchment is rinsed away and the beans dried carefully in controlled conditions until optimal moisture content is achieved. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
