This Costa Rica Aquiares Estate Entre Rios Natural is firmly in the second camp. A medium roast single origin from one of Costa Rica's most storied farms, it opens with a wave of ripe wine and raspberry jam before settling into a long, sweet caramel finish. The natural process coaxes out every drop of fruit-forward sweetness, creating a cup that feels as indulgent as it is complex.
