Decaf Colombia Tumbaga. - mandarin, hazelnuts, chocolate -. - Mandarin, hazelnuts, chocolate - Our washed, single origin sugarcane decaf is bright, full of flavour, and won’t keep you up at night. It’s a perfect example of a no-compromise decaffeinated coffee. Recognizing that decaffeination can sometimes diminish flavour, we had to search and trial coffees to find Tumbaga, ensuring it retains its character, even after processing. Using a sustainable, natural, sugarcane-based decaffeination process, Sucafina preserved the rich, chocolatey notes, and elevated the sweetness in this coffee. We have blind tasted this coffee and not known it was decaf.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Nutty.
