The combination of high altitudes and nutrient-dense volcanic soil allows for a slow maturation of the coffee cherries. This gradual development is the secret behind the bean's natural sweetness and its signature elegant acidity. This lot represents the best of Jardín’s traditional varieties, processed with the care typical of generational family farming. Even after the decaffeination process, the cup retains the complex microclimate characteristics that make Antioquian coffee world-famous.
