Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Aragash Gelcha, Natural). Another stunning Ethiopian and possibly our most complex yet! Part of our blossoming 'Curious Cups' section, this 2026 Natural evokes the changing of the seasons so well. It meets our Curious criteria due to its rare varietal (Kurume!) and because, well it tastes so different to anything we have tasted from the country! Our first visit to Yirgacheffe and this cup from our friends at Omwani doesn't disappoint!. Flavor profile: Winey.
