Dumerso brings together everything we love about Ethiopian coffees with vibrant lemon fruitiness, creamy toffee sweetness and a gentle blackberry and stone fruit flavour. The beginnings of the distinctive flavour is in the growing region where the high altitude farms, rich clay soil and native trees provide shade in addition to the natural process of coffee drying where the ripe cherries are dried slowly in the sun, results in the jammy sweet intensity that we associate with the best Ethiopian coffees.. Flavor profile: Berry, Citrus Fruit, Caramel.
