At 2,000–2,100 meters above sea level, the high altitude and heirloom varietals create a vibrant, complex cup. Mustefa is known for his innovative processing at the Beshasha wet mill, producing outstanding washed coffees.. Flavor profile: Stone Fruit, Nutty, Roasted.
