Ethiopia Sidama Shantawene - Organic. Winey with notes of strawberry jam, stone fruit, cherry and spiced rum. Origin: Shantaweve Village, Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Process: Natural. Elelvations: 1900-2150 metres above sea level. Varietal: Heirloom. This coffee comes from the Tariku Coffee farms that are situated in the vicinity of the Shantawene Village. Tariku Coffee is a leading exporter of Sidama Coffee in Ethiopia. All of the farms associated with Tariku Coffee practice organic farming techniques only and are focused on delivering the highest quality coffee for local and international markets..
