Name: Rumudamo Country: Ethiopia Region: Arbegona, Sidama Producer: Daye Bensa / Smallholder farmers Variety: Ethiopian Heirloom 74158 G1 Altitude: 1,920–2,230 masl Process: Natural Rumudamo is grown in the Arbegona district of Sidama — one of the highest-elevation growing areas in all of Ethiopia, sitting between 1,920 and 2,230 metres above sea level. At these altitudes, the cool nights slow cherry development to a crawl, concentrating sweetness and building complex flavour over a long growing season.. Flavor profile: Berry, Winey.
