Description
A community washed single origin from Taferi Kela in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, grown at 1900-2100 Masl. Processed by Bette Buna — House of Coffee — who work directly with smallholder farmers to create economic opportunities and teach sustainable growing practices. Featuring 74110 and 74112 Ethiopian varietals, this classic washed lot delivers notes of stone fruit, caramel and a crisp cranberry-like acidity. De-pulped and fermented for 24-36 hours before being dried on raised beds for 8-15 days. Available as whole beans or freshly ground to order. Medium roast.
