Back for a 4th year and its tasting better than ever! Process Fully washed Varietals Bourbon, Caturra & Villa Sarchi Altitude 1500 - 1700m.a.s.l. Bergamot - Chocolate - Brown Sugar Finca Filadelfia was the first farm in Antigua. The Dalton family honours its coffee growing heritage and the farm is now operated by Marta and Alex Dalton. Manuel Matheu initially borrowed the land at Filadelfia, where he planted some coffee in 1864.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Chocolate.
