Description

Gaél is a unique Brazilian lot that has a very different profile from what is typically associated with the origin. It has been produced by Natália Brito and André Garcia, on their farm, Jaguara. Notes of forest fruit with cacao, marzipan, and nectarine. Balanced acidity with punch-like sweetness and syrupy texture.
