Description
Varietal – SL34 Preparation – Washed (48 hr dry ferment) Location – Green Land Coffee Altitude – 1200+ masl Importer - Indochina Green Land estate lies on the road between Pyin Oo Lwin and Mogok, near the border of Mandalay Division and Northern Shan State. This is a family business led by U Sai Wan. They grow a range of varietals and the coffee we've selected was harvested from SL34 trees, floated to remove defects and then pulped. After pulping the coffee was fermented dry for 48 hours and then laid out to dry on concrete patios.
