Description
Process: Washed Roast: Medium - Dark Guatemala is a shade-grown coffee that is sun dried and separated by size, density, and color during the harvesting process. It is a 100% Arabica bean with notes of strawberry, cherry, cantaloupe, and pecan pie. Some people can even detect a note similar to applesauce! Common preparation styles: Drip, French Roast, Aeropress, Pour over and Espresso ** Freshness ** Whole bean coffee normally maintains its freshness for about two months. Ground coffee usually is best if used within two to three weeks.
