Guatemala Monte Cristo. This sumptuous Guatemalan coffee has a caramelised apple sweetness, with a smooth body, chocolate orange flavour and gentle acidity. Grown in Finca Nueva Granada, a third-generation family farm, owned by the Nottebohm family since 1984. What began as a coffee importing business has blossomed into a fully integrated operation, where coffee is cultivated, processed, and prepared for export all in one place. Run today by Dieter and Holly Nottebohm, the farm is as much about community as it is about coffee.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Chocolate, Caramel.
