Varietal – Catuai Preparation – Washed Location – Pinchado, Honduras Altitude – 1760 masl Importer - Nordic Approach Producer Overview Jose Yovany Rodriguez began brewing coffee in 1985. Coffee has always been present in his life as a side gig while he worked in different places to make a living and support his family. As time went by, Jose was able to buy land to plant coffee - which required sacrifices on his end to make it happen. "With a small area of land, this year I began growing 300 plants. Right now, I have about 4 Hectares of coffee." - Jose says.
