Origin: Honduras Producer: Yolanda Urrea - El Triunfo Process: Natural Varietal: Red Catuai We've been sitting on releasing this one for a while, but it's absolutely been worth the wait. This coffee is magical! It wasn't easy to make tasting notes for though, there is A LOT going on in this one. What's on the bag is the flavours that most stood out for us, but you'll be sure to find your own notes in there too. Expect all of the big, juicy flavours you'd normally see in a good natural processed coffee, but with a clarity and complexity usually reserved for washed processes.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit.
