Honduras Rosely Hernandez. “I want to cry with emotion, It’s my dream come true” 1-STAR GREAT TASTE AWARD WINNER 2024 Pacas and Catuai varietal arabica, grown to organic standards at 1650masl, carefully hand-picked to harvest the ripest cherries before being pulped, washed and dried. This is roasted to a medium colour. This coffee has a full body; balanced sweetness and acidity; with tasting notes of dark chocolate, red grape and caramel I met Rosely in the spring of 2018, as she was one of the hosts when I visited Ocotopeque where she is based.. Flavor profile: Floral, Chocolate, Caramel, Roasted.
