Description

Honduras La Fortuna (Honey). An annual favourite from Delmy Regalado, her honey process involves pulping the Pacas & Catuai arabica cherries and leaving a good layer of the sweet, sticky mucilage (the “honey”) on the coffee beans as they slow-dry in the sun. Wonderfully caramelly. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply). Flavor profile: Caramel, Honey.
