SUMATRA - MANDHELING 1. We cannot get enough of this Sumatran Mandheling 1 here at Flat Cap Coffee! This lovely Sumatran is one of our darker roasted coffees. You can expect a deeper flavoured, full bodied coffee with sweet, spicy and herby notes that are characteristic of the coffees grown in this region. This coffee powers through espresso based drinks but we often have this with immersion methods for that depth of flavour!. Flavor profile: Roasted.
