Sumatra Menagold Coffee is sourced from the lush, coffee-producing regions of Hutapaung and Ria Ria in North Sumatra’s Dolok Sanggul district. This premium Sumatra Mandheling Coffee is crafted through a close partnership between local smallholder farmers and PT Musfaha Niaga Mandiri, ensuring the highest quality in every bean. Each step of the process, from the farm to the roaster, is carefully monitored. Only ripe, red cherries are handpicked and sorted, then wet-hulled and dried at the mill before being sent to Medan for final processing.
