Description
Kerehaklu Estate Anoxic Natural Lot KK. Our 5th and final release from from father and son duo, Ajoy and Pranoy Thipaiah and their plantation and Eco-resort Kerehaklu in the Western Ghats. This is Lot KK processed as an anoxic (low oxygen) natural using a mossto starter culture for the fermentation phase which is a little longer than it's predecessor (LL). We connected with Pranoy in early 2023 through a mutual friend Lucia Solis. He then visited the UK for the London Coffee Festival and came down to Exeter and we held a public cupping of some of his Arabicas and a Robusta.
