Lala Salama, Ethiopia (Decaf). chocolate biscuit, oat milk, brown sugar. A sugarcane decaf from the Oromia region with chocolate biscuit and brown sugar warmth, roasted for espresso and filter. Most decaf compromises the cup. This one doesn't. Lala Salama is sourced from the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, a farmer-owned organisation representing smallholder growers across Ethiopia's Oromia region, one of the country's most respected growing areas for highland Arabica. The decaffeination uses the sugarcane ethyl acetate process.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Roasted.
