For years, we’ve held off on roasting darker—sticking to our lighter, more nuanced styles—but the demand for a bolder cup was too strong to ignore. Meet Mascot, our first darker roast espresso. Sourced from the renowned Las Capucas cooperative in Honduras, this single origin delivers rich, comforting notes of dark chocolate, toasted walnut, and a hint of brown sugar. We’ve dialled up the roast to bring out a deeper, rounder body—without sacrificing balance or quality. It’s the darker roast you’ve been waiting for. Still Modern Standard..
